The principles of Eco Concepts Development, Chris Cashman, Bernice Mellen and Berj Kasenji, have over 30 combined years in investment management and finance, and have over 20 years of combined experience in real estate investment and construction development.
Prior to working in North Carolina, the principals of Eco Concepts Development owned a construction company and a real estate investment company in Georgia and Alabama, building home ownership opportunities for local residents.
